Strong Witch Winter isn't about rigid rule or all-or-nothing thinking. Instead, it's a transformational journey inspired by nature's cycles and designed for anyone ready to build strength at their own pace. Whether you're lifting for the first time or seeking to add some extra magic to your lifting skills, this program is your invitation to grow stronger in every area of your life.
What's Included in the Experience
1. The Strong Witch Grimoire: A library of magical practices, executive function hacks, and tools for self-understanding. These are resources that have been compiled from previous programs offered along with new updated material.
2. A Workout App: You choose the program you want designed for your needs and then the program is delivered weekly via the CoachRX app. You can make notes, upload video/photos, and have access to video demonstrations for each part of your workout.
3. Virtual Fitness Magic Gatherings: Think of this as more like a workshop or "open gym" bring in your questions and get real-time help from Alys and others.
4. Private Coven Group: Share those wins, get encouragement, and build community of like-minded folx.
FAQ:
1. Is a gym membership required? No. You choose the program that best fits your abilities and equipment needs. Alys will also be available to provide options as needed.
2. Is experience lifting weights required? Not at all. Both the Functional Strength Starter and Strength Confidence Builder are suitable for those who are new to training.
3. When does the program begin and end? January 13th is the official start date, this is the first Full Moon of 2025. The program will conclude on April 12, 2025.
4. Is Financial Assistance available? Yes. Please reach out to discuss options.
Functional Strength Starter
Designed for people who are either new to strength training or returning to a movement practice.
This program requires minimal equipment with options using household items and delivers all exercises either standing or sitting.
Strength Confidence Builder
Suitable for beginner or intermediate lifters that want to improve their confidence with their movement quality. This option is ideal for those that have access to a range of dumbbells, resistance bands, and are comfortable getting down to work on the floor.
Lift Heavy Sh*t
This program delivers a challenge for those that want to improve their technique and boost those strength gains. Suitable for those that have access to kettlebells, barbells, a rack, and heavier dumbbells.
